The gentleman,who received me and took me to the apartment was very friendly,he gave me a mini tour of the area, where the supermarket,and best restaurants are,and the apartment was very neat, despite the fact that there were other tenants everyone mind's his business and it's very quiet,the only downside is the kitchen it will need a little upgrade,I will highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Athens and I will definitely ๐ see you soon.thank you

I booked for two nights and extended to stay for a third night.
Really great little place to stay.
There's very little to complain about.
It's in the process of being modernised but I quite like the character.
Check out at ten. I overslept. I usually wouldn't book a place with ten am check out.
Thankfully he was very kind about it and I only needed to grab my things together.

Room #1 does not face the street so it is really quiet and I got a great nights sleep. Perfect for a one night stay before flying out the next day! For the price the value is excellent, sure it is an older style building and some upgrades could be done, but again for that price and location in Athens it really is good value. Sergey who checked me in was very sweet, limited English but he helped me with a big heavy bag and did his best to give me all the information I needed for a comfortable stay which I appreciated.
I liked everything, but as I mentioned it could do with some updates as things are a bit old and tired.

The price was very appealing.
Sergei is very welcoming.
The location is outside of the center, you have a couple of restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets.
The room could be cleaner.
There were a lot of loud noises in the morning (footsteps, doors...).
There are no extra blankets in case of cold - you have to use AC.
When showering the curtains fell on us.
