The staff goes above and beyond. Clean, quiet and attentive. Every single day the room was cleaned and well appointed. If you need something they are quick to accommodate. Malte and all the front desk staff went above beyond. There was a subway strike while I was there and the young lady helped me navigate my options to get to Koelnmesse since the 3&4 lines weren’t running. So very helpful!!! My experience at this property was fantastic. I also recommend Romeo Romeo to est as well as Ash. Neumarkt is within walking distance. The subway is very convenient and if you have to catch S or R they are also centrally located. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Price great. Location. Amazing. Clean yes but could be better. All is great except if you go during hot weather. The fan is incredibly weak so I opened my balcony door fully and got bit my SO many mosquitoes overnight. By so many I mean at least 10 bites without exaggerating. The heat and humidity in the room would have been too much so I couldn't close the balcony door. Horrible sleep experience as a result but not fully hotel's fault.
