Very comfortable and very clean
I didn’t like the barbecue equipment the place needs a proper charcoal barbecue

There were 12 adults 2 children under 5 and 4 dogs. There was something for everyone of all ages. The outside was well equipped with sunlounges chairs BBQ Fire Pit.
There was plenty of indoor space.
The garden area was lovely however the dogs needed to be kept on leads because they could run up the drive.
At the end of the garden was a woodland walk which the dogs could roam off lead.
We would like the area where the BBQ is fenced with gates so that the children and the dogs can be outside without worrying if they ran up the drive to the road.

The house itself was absolutely amazing. We booked this as a family holiday and it was perfect for what we wanted. We also loved the pizza oven in the garden this was great to use and the games room was brilliant. Absolutely can’t fault the house it was so clean and tidy and just a lovely house to stay in.
I had ended up booking this properly based on it looking as if there was a private field for the dogs to run around it however after arriving we discovered this field was completely unusable as it was all overgrown and none of the properly was closed off. This unfortunately made our stay quite difficult with dogs as we had a couple who are escape artists so I felt quite disappointed about this as there is a photo advertised with this field. I perhaps should have double checked about things being enclosed. The beds also unfortunately weren’t the most comfortable. We also had a couple of issues with the bins nothing major just where people must had stayed right before us all the bins were full (assuming bin day was after our stay) this just meant we struggled to know what to do with the rubbish whilst we were there so maybe a handful more boxes would have been useful. But I do want to state we still had a really wonderful time just a couple of things which would have improved our stay.

What a stunning house!
We were a party of 10 ranging from 6 to 71 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It catered for us all with the games room, spacious rooms and stunning grounds. The parking was perfect and accommodated all of our cars fine. Would highly recommend this house for a large family gathering.
