Such a comfortable and well appointed apartment. It was right by the metro station but very quiet. Safe and untouristy neighbourhood, would 100% stay there again. Also enjoyed the black-out curtains/shutters, slept super well there.

Très bon emplacement à proximité du métro. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé
Ne pas oublier les bouchons d'oreilles. La rue ET l'immeuble sont très bruyants, à toute heure. Odeur de fumée persistante (dont le loueur s'est excusé). Pas de produits d'hygiène, un seul rouleau de PH.

Surrounding area:Not much choice of café and bakery nearby, and it's very noisy and have some vibrant from the cars and metro. Appartement :The towels are not clean with some dark spot on it, and we got some bites during the stay, hope is not bed bugs. They don't provide shower gel, shampoo, and little hand washing gel. The air is not good if you don't constantly open the windows. It's hard to cook without a cutting knife and wooden spatulas, they just have dinning knives, and plastic soup spoon or metal table fork.
