Everything but the mattress, we liked.
The bed and pillows, but the bed aka mattress specifically. Was hard and uncomfortable. Maybe add a 4" memory foam topper or something.
Fun outhouse door design, but as a 6'4" person I was worried I'd forget and hit my head on the low doorway.

Very quaint little cottage in a great location. You park on the street and access the property by a walkway around the main house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to fix a quick meal.
The mattress was very uncomfortable for someone with back problems. Use caution in the shower as the floor is quite slippery.

Was very clean, host met us when we drove up to supplement the texted instructions on how to enter the property, and it was very quiet (we slept all night ::).
We had to park in the street and it was a bit of an uphill trek up the hosts' driveway to get to the pathway leading to the property. That was sufficiently disclosed in the property description - I just didn't notice before booking and probably would have booked anyway. This would not be a big deal for most travelers - just more significant for us due to my husband still recovering from a back surgery earlier this year and having some walking issues. No fault of the hosts at all. This would have been a better value if we'd stayed at least 2 nights vs the 1 night we stayed, as the cleaning fee ended up being almost 3 times the literal one-night stay fee.

It was a cute apartment. I loved that they had a freezer so we could have ice.
The fact that we had to park on the street. Walkway to get to the apartment was challenging and dangerous for older people. I personally would not recommend this location for older adults.
Internet was week.
