Spacious, well located property. Bathrooms, floors and bedding all clean on arrival. Check in arrangements done online and worked smoothly.
Needed to clean all crockery and cutlery on arrival. Table was a rickety and had old dried food in the cracks. Mattresses were quite soft. Very few cooking utensils (not even a single spatula) and we needed to buy a glass bowl too. Property details supplied by the agent were incorrect for central heating, bins and TV. In particular they claimed it’s possible to get Netflix etc on the TV when you can’t. They responded to the first email I sent on these issues (though ignored half of my questions) but then stopped responding.

Lovely house in a pleasant, peaceful residential area, with plenty of room for our party of five to spread out and also to come together - we particularly enjoyed the open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, which is helpful for anyone who finds stairs problematic, and there's also a downstairs loo - always useful - next to it.
It wasn't an issue for us but could be for others - one of the double beds is a small/three quarter double. There's no bath in the house, only a shower (in the upstairs bathroom).

Location good. Spacious and comfortable house for 7, management team very helpful in sorting problems. Easy parking, good neighbourhood.
There is a downstairs toilet which isn’t clear in the information but essential if lots of you staying!
No towels left for three of us- problem solved quickly even though after office hours on Friday.
One of the upstairs bedrooms has a 3/4 size bed incorrectly listed as a double. No good if 8 staying.
Cooker hob and grill/oven pans were filthy- needed to be cleaned before use.
Bathrooms spotless but generally house needed a good clean - windows, ornaments, shelves etc dusty/dirty. Outside rubbish bin full and obviously hadn’t been emptied for some time. Drive area needed sweeping.
Reported a drains problem- dishwasher water bubbled up in sink.
Nowhere to hang clothes in three of the bedrooms.
