We picked the place based on other travelers's reviews and they we very accurate. Jovana and her husband Nenad proved the most hospitable and supportive hosts. Though small, the detached house boasts 3 beds in 2 bedrooms and a huge sofa in the living room/kitchen. It's locayed in the yard, right behind the hosts' house, so it is very quite there. We liked the amenities, which are very convenient, in greta shape and easy to use. You can cook meals and wash'n'dry things right in the house, and a rack on a small terrace is there to dry them outdoors; besides, in cold nights, you can enjoy a programmed electric heating system, which is a rare thing in rented houses in Belgrade (we rented some before and it may be a serious challenge). Iparkn just 100 m. up the hill, there is a great park, while 200 m down the hill is a daily (except Monday) farmers market, gym ( 500 RSD (a. 5USD) for a daily pass, a taxi stand and a supermarket.The only downside for some may be the need to climb 200 m up the hill with one's load of groceries, though it is a great free exercise. Jovana's mother runs a laies hairdresser right on the ground floor of their house, which is a huge plus for caring husbands- they can earn some precious time by sending their wives for a high-quality treat;). As some guests have already noted, one has to climb a few stairs to reach the house, which may not be easy if you are out of shape and have to carry a heavy bag, but the whole area sits on the hill, so get prepared for the challenge. If you decide to pick the house, Jovana is always happy to respond to your queries and share the most detailed info about the place and general information.

Beautiful apartment, actually entire separate house, situated in the quiet area. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host Jovana and her family were very kind and helpful and welcomed us with a basket of sweets, coffee and a bottle of traditional serbian drink "rakija". The apartment is close to popular Belgrade locations such as Košutnjak park, lake Ada Ciganlija and the center of the town is only 15 minutes by car. We highly recommend this accomodation.

Really cozy and value for money house in a very quiet and interesting area. Very important the free parking. The host is very friendly and helpfully. Feel like your home!!
