Mooi,gezellig en schoon appartement met balkon in levendige winkelstraat. Geluidsdicht met leuke slaapkamer en goede douche. Alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Parkeerplaats is aanwezig, grotere auto's kunnen zonder problemen in de direkte buurt parkeren. Grote winkelketens, bakker en slager op loopafstand. Gratis busvervoer naar centrum van Dunkerque. Heel fijn allemaal voor een paar dagen Dunkerque.

facilité pour se garer. Machine à laver pratique pour personnes qui séjournent plusieurs nuits ce qui était notre cas
La situation géographique le quartier peu agréable. Le balcon était noirci (rafraichissement ou peinture à prévoir). Pas de terrasse comme indiqué par booking. Réfrigérateur cassé, la porte du freezer était cassée ainsi que la vitre intermédiaire du réfrigérateur ce qui complique pour mettre des provisions lorsque vous séjournez plusieurs nuits. Pas d'équipement (balai par ex) aspirateur sur les parties communes et peu de vaisselle (poêle noircie) . Etendoir cassé obligé d'appeler pour en avoir un. L'accès un peu compliqué au départ nous n'avions pas les codes d'entrée et avons dû appeler pour connaitre la procédure d'entrée. Pas de rangement pour le linge ou autre lorsque vous rester plusieurs jours (juste casiers). Equipement réduit au minimum. Odeur de tabac en entrant par les précédents clients fumeurs certainement.
