I liked the location where you get the Mountain View from your gallery. I liked the log burner and the wood was provided by her which gave enough heat in coldest of nights. I liked the fact that the landlady was pretty interactive and she responded almost everytime. All the attractions were nearby, no need to travel long distances but yeah we need to take taxi to bansko train station if we plan to go somewhere by train.
When we entered the apartment, it was not at all clean, the garbage from the last stay was still there. There was no internet connection which forced me to take unlimited data package for 5 days and no internet was arranged even after request. There was no towel provided. The kitchen was not at all clean and th floor as well, i cleaned the floor myself. There was some issues in the shower area where the water was coming out from the pipeline along with all the dirt.
