The apartment was comfortable and warm. It is in a good location, quiet street but not far from shops and restaurants.

Very good accommodation for family stay, heating worked, there was warm water, we got the baby travel cot/bed on first request (usually a problem in Leeds and it is forgotten and we need to call after we arrive... so definitely a big plus). We could also cook, neat! The bus stop is super close, plus lot of restaurants in Headingley. This seemed to be the more silent part of the town, because we did not hear any university students partying - but it was not freshmen week though (we are regular visitors in Headingley, few times a year).
I really wanted to check the internet speed, but forgot the Ethernet adapter at home. On an old laptop it was 473 Mbps down and 73 Mbps up - but I cannot really get better speeds on that laptop anyways, so top! At least once in Leeds we did not have to rely on 4G/5G sharing and constant phone charging.
The neighbours are a bit nosy (constantly asking why are we there), like they did not know that there is a rental. Delivery people rang a lot as for them it is not clear that it is 56 is not 56A. Oh, and it is expensive, but again this was the cheapest decent place we found, Leeds is just expensive.

The bathroom let it down. Needs completely ripping out and renewing to get to a standard you’d expect from being on Booking.com.
