Apartment is new or recently freshly renovated. Looking from the streets, when climbing the stairs to main building entrance, the apartment is on the second floor. The stairs are very easy to climb.
There is a free parking on the right side of the building and behind it (when looking at the main entrance from the street). There is an entrance to the building from the parking behind the building, so you can carry your luggage directly from the parking.
The location itself is perfect - the entrance to the park is just across the street (like less than 10m), the closest grocery store is 5 min walk, similar is to the bakery, pharmacy, bar...really great when you are with the little ones.
Apartment is orientated East, so in the morning there is direct sunlight and in the afternoon you are in the shadow. There is 12000 btu AC unit (looks new) in the main room, but we did not need it at this time. Sound isolation is great - we did not hear the neighbors and I guess thermal one is too. Bed in the bedroom is I think 160x200 cm of the size.
The sofa does not convert into the sleeping unit, but it ain't much comfortable to sleep on for longer runs.
You have a hair dryer and quite much of the stuff to cover yourself if you are cold.
Bathroom is small, but with enough essentials. No washing machine (might fit the vertical or super slim one in the future, would be beneficial for the longer stays).
Kitchen is also new. You will have everything you need there including fridge with the freezer (~140cm of heigh).
The apartment does not have terrace but a French balcony.
Towels are all small, but there were plenty for them.
