Super large flat overlooking the docks, and a bird’s eye view of the Royal Yacht Britannia in the distance. We had a major issue on arrival (no cleaning had been undertaken after previous guests had left and the place was in a state). We couldn’t unpack. However, the team were very apologetic and organised for us to use another flat for showering etc until our flat had been cleaned. No issues after that. Having a light breakfast daily in the local cafe as part of the booking was so convenient and welcome, as no other cafes immediately nearby. A 20 min walk into main Leith area for restaurants etc. There is a large Asda under 10 mins walk, as well as a Brewers Fayre if needed.
Some areas in the flat could do with a little TLC (curtains off rail , stains on surfaces and peeling paint) but nothing major.

The view was great and the beds were comfortable. Good wifi etc.
The breakfast only started at 9 - that's not workable for business trips typically. The kitchen / lounge area had a very bad smell and only one small window could be opened. It didn't feel clean.
