Ótima localização. Cidade com muitas opções de lazer e próxima aos parques da Disney.

Algumas coisas não funcionavam por exemplo o secador de cabelo e o aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. O apartamento é grande e bem organizado, só precisa de um pouco mais de carinho e cuidado.

House is cozy. Gives feeling of the local. Nearby market access. Kitchen and utensils.

Clear guidelines but Complicated Access. Need to play with main switch board to switch on kitchen. Too cold, no good temperature control. Max 21c. Floor was little sticky, and later of black sticky dust. Too much Caution instructions along with deposit money. Minor note at door that the tenant has to report pre-damages to avoid deposit fortified, but no pre-published list of already known damages. This non-disclosure from the owner feels like malpractice. Looks like i was more on inspection to avoid myself a fine, rather than living with peace. Always feels like if i missed something to report, my money is on line of deduction. Example whole mirror on door was broken already, this must be pre-disclosed by owner so that i need not to bother about it. I would be happy to visit again if no deposit money and less instructions. Otherwise the house is very lovely.
