The house location was perfect for everything we needed to do

The code was nice. Did not have to worry about obtaining keys. Liked having a washer n dryer on site. The location was close to everything we wanted.to do and had a nice play to site and enjoy morning coffee will watching the birds and ships
The garbage disposal was clogged when we arrived. It was fixed before we left. It was nice having the washer and dryer on-site but the dryer would not dry, even with us running it 4 or 5 times on the same load. Needed more towels for the 10 of us. We have to reuse them and could not wash as the dryer would not dry. There were a few places that needed a wipe down as there was some hair left over.

Large driveway for my boat, beautifully appointed decorations, furnishings and utilities. The unit was very clean, bright and comfortable.
The roadwork going on adjacent to the property. Other than that I don't have any complaints about the property. It was great.

Good location
Woke up to dead bugs on 2 of the beds and dead roaches on the floor. Couldn’t get anybody to bring clean sheets and was told to buy laundry soap and wash the ones with the dead bugs. I sent pictures to them! Management never reached out to apologize or discuss anything. One bug has been squished by my face on the pillow I sleep on.
