They are family run place. The host was very helpful and welcoming with her mother in law and father in law helping with welcoming us in and helping with the AC unit.
Location is great to grab a bus to the old town.
Walking distance to the supermarket and food spots.
I would recommend 4 people with this place instead of 5 as the fifth would have to stay in the living room which isn't enough space in my opinion.
Recommend not to go in end March early April as it was raining when we went.

Una struttura moderna e realizzata molto bene. I servizi sono completi e ottimi. Piscina, Campo da Tennis, Biliardo, grande BBQ. Parcheggio privato.
Un posto davvero tranquillo e con una posizione logistica eccezionale, praticamente al centro dell'isola con ottimi collegamenti stradali verso ogni direzione.
Vicinissimo al villaggio di Gouvia e alla relativa Marina.
Non per ultimo, anzi per primo, la pulizia della camere molto accurata e la disponibilità, l'accoglienza e la simpatia di Eugenia e suo marito Renos.
Anche i servizi ed elettrodomestici inclusi nell'appartamento sono completi.
Inutile nascondere il vantaggio di occupare un appartamento indipendente che lascia all'ospite la massima libertà.

Παρόλο που δεν προβλεπόταν η παροχή πρωϊνού, στο δωμάτιο μας περίμεναν πολύ καλές επιλογές για πρωϊνό, όπως καλής ποιότητας ψωμί, βούτυρο, μαρμελάδες, κάψουλες καφέ εσπρέσο, στιγμιαίου καφέ, τσαγιού, κλπ. Ο εξοπλισμός για παρασκευή πρωϊνού και γεύματος πλήρης. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ωραία μέσα στο πράσινο και ήσυχη. Επίσης είχε θέα και από τις δύο πλευρές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε όλες τις ανέσεις ενός κανονικού σπιτιού. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόσχαρη κατά την επικοινωνία μαζί μας. Υπήρχε και άνετο πάρκιν, κάτι πολύ βασικό για την Κέρκυρα.
Αλήθεια δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι τέτοιο.
