Die Lage und die Größe waren hervorragend.
Es gab ein Wasserleck im Fenster. Wenn es regnete, drang ziemlich viel Wasser in das Zimmer ein.

The location is VERY central. You can walk the main marketplace and lots of shops and restaurants. There is a great coffee shop (Boxha) 1/2 way down the block and a pharmacy 2 blocks down. And excellent restaurant (Lety's) is 2 blocks away. The place is 3 blocks from a very nice beach and walking path.
The apartments are sheltered by giant Ceiba trees that provide greenery and shade and look out into the pool / patio area. The apartments are well laid out and comfortable. The kitchens have the basic cooking equipment you'll need for your stay.
Fresh drinking water was provided. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Well placed ceiling fans kept the cool air circulating nicely. Taxis and collectivo shuttle pass regularly in front of the house. The area feels very safe.
There was no soap or shampoo provided. The dish soap for the kitchen was very watered down and not useful. The kitchen was missing cooking oil and salt.
I think these types of details should be covered by the host. You'd find them at a hotel or AirBnB. We ended up purchasing dish soap, salt, cooking oil, bathing soap, shampoo, and conditioner at one of the local supermarkets. Not the end of the world, but something you have to deal with. If these items had been provided this would be a 5 out of 5 star review.

Les gens qui s'occupent de l'hôtel sont fort sympathique l'appartement est très belle et propre nous avons apprécié se séjour une établissement tranquille avec une belle vue de la court centrale piscine très propre.
Le bruit des auto et camion dans la rue est vraiment la seul chose.
