everything's perfect.. location great only 5 minutes to the center by walk, the owner very polite, a lot of parking space, the room is great with AC, very recommended

The owner was extremely kind. He met us at the parking lot, showed us the apartment, made sure everything is fine. He also recommended us good restaurants when we asked. And later he and us the locations of some facilities that we needed. The apartment was clean and well designed.
The boiler was too small and the hot water got cold very fast.
