Great for us (a group of men walking the Cleveland Way). Excellent Brew Pub opposite. Close to other amenities.
Needs some 'loving care'. The for sale sign by the front door tells it all. A boarded up property on the opposite side of the road adds to the run down feeling. Needs a deep clean (eg. grubby carpets and cooker).

Location was good, easy walk to the beach.Also walking distance to town centre good.
Rooms were bright and clean.
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped.
Plenty of room for a family.
The clothes hanging in a couple of the rooms were too high to reach comfortably, same for cords on blinds in lounge, just too high up. There were no spare blankets in case it was cold.
The frying pans and oven trays need renewing to non stick . Also it needs an indoor clothes rack and brush and dustpan.
Front garden etc needs tidying, first impressions count.
It would have been nice to be informed that the fridge freezer wasn't working. We didn't find the fill in ones until next day.
Although there was an information booklet, it did not say bin collection day, and there seemed only to be one green bin.
The fact there was no parking was a big downside for us, no free parking tickets available, however there is a park on your drive space just down the road, which you can book.

Location a bit run down but a mix of properties from guest houses b&b holiday lets HMO’s. Convenient for beach and parks. South beach area walkable distance. Only used a car for food shopping on arrival
Lots of places to eat out and enjoy a drink.
Clean in general bedding and towels provided and very clean. Great family house with playroom and tv in there.
House would benefit from a deep clean. Light fittings quite dusty along with skirting boards. A couple of beds need better mattresses. Bedrooms would benefit better if there was a mirror. Not easy to dry your hair with no mirror.
