Апартаментът е топъл, светъл и оборудван с всичко необходимо. Банята е достатъчно голяма. Топлата вода и парното се контролират от локален котел в апартамента. Кухнята е оборудвана с всичко и достатъчно.
Човекът, който ни посрещна Николай - през цялото време комуникацията с него беше абсолютно безпроблемна и беше насреща за всякакви въпроси и уточнения. Локацията е в самата хижа Студенец и е перфектна.
