Firstly, I was misled by the pictures on the internet as it seemed to have a large balcony which is one of the reasons I booked it. It turned out to have a small balcony which you couldn't even stand on comfortably.
Secondly, the staff are very unhelpful and takes too long to respond to your query.
Thirdly, the bathroom and toilet had a weird odour and there were cockroaches found in the room.
I wouldn't book here again.

We’ve stayed here a few times and really enjoy the convenience of being close to the stadium! The service staff, especially the gentleman who handles the bare and breakfast restaurant area, is amazing and goes beyond expectations to assist and accommodate! He gets 5 stars! The facilities are great for the price. Check in time is not great at 3pm as one often needs to head out to be close the the stadium for big rugby games that kick off at 5 so I’d recommend a 2pm check in like most places. There were a few snags that were needing sorting by the management of the building this time around. The facial recognition for security wasn’t working and the fire alarm reset ‘key’ or code was not known to the staff at 3.30am when it went off on Sunday morning and kept going on and on telling us all to evacuate the building every few seconds, for about an hour keeping the entire building awake which was not the staff’s fault but more upper management, we feel. Otherwise everything else was lovely and we would recommend it for sure and be back again!
