Always liked to stay at that place. However, last time we waited over an hour for the scheduled hotel shuttle bus. Staycity FRA airport website lists pickup schedule plus staycity FRA airport name is listed on shuttle service stop at the terminal. After holding the hotel's phone line over 35 min I was informed the shuttle service has been discontinued last year. No warning or notice.
