Changement de deux chaises a faire car seulement 4 chaises sont opérationnels. Apparemment pour 6 personnes.

The value was good - the flat is large and pretty spacious, very close to the lift (you only need to cross the road to reach the gondola), with a whole lockable storage room downstairs for the boots and skis (no heaters for the boots but we didn’t need them).
The complete blackout shutters are great!

We never got our WIFI modem even though we paid for it before arrival - we did get a refund but only after we went to the office in Chamonix personally, so email communication could have been better.
There are only small espresso cups, no regular mugs in the kitchen. No toaster either.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable - I resorted to sleeping in the bunk bed, as the master bed wasn’t very comfortable too small and a bit lumpy, while my husband hasn’t been getting great sleep.
A couple of things were broken, and the floors cleanliness could’ve been better. Overall the flat could’ve used a little TLC.
To get and drop off the keys you have to drive to the rental office in Chamonix 15 min away.
This year the lines for the gondola were very long, as this is the only lift for the whole resort (and it’s a local resort with no connection to a larger area).
Supermarket is 2 miles away, and there are only two places serving food nearby, so having a car is pretty essential.

Emplacement et vue
Equipement et entretien de l'appartement lamentables : bonde de baignoire qui fuit, équipement TV/Hifi d'un autre temps, installation électrique vétuste et dangereuse (exemple : prise électrique sous le robinet de l'évier...), vaisselle dépareillée, pas de grille-pain, mobilier usé jusqu'à la corde, etc.
L'intermédiaire "Interhome" sans aucune valeur ajoutée n'arrange rien (prise des clés au bureau de Chamonix uniquement, bip du portail d'entrée égaré puis retrouvé, aucune connaissance de l'appartement, etc).
Cet appartement n'est rien d'autre qu'une machine à fric pour le propriétaire sans aucun égard pour les vacanciers malgré le prix exorbitant de la location (1700€ /semaine).
