Cozy like home. Quite neighborhood with very kind neighbors that are very friendly. Easy to find. The board game assortment was on point and so much fun.
Please make sure during AC season that AC filters are blowed out or cleaned out every month or on the cleaning schedule. All AC filters were extremely dirty and cause AC not to be moving the coldest air possible. Now we did come during a heat dome. I cleaned them all and dried them and problem solved and good and cold.

It was a nice, comfortable place to stay while we were in Hot Springs. Minutes away from all the places we wanted to see and restaurants when we wanted to eat out. It was nice to have a place to stay that had a full kitchen to make breakfast in. We didn't have to leave for every meal.
I really can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was an adorable place and we really felt at home there.

Window air-conditioning units had trouble keeping up with the warmer weather.

The outside looks like a shanty. No grass. Gives abandon house vibes upon arrival.
