Right where I needed to stop the day before reaching my goal (the Vatican) walking the Via Francigena

Very good value for money. Clean, nice views and very friendly staff especially a particular female receptionist. I didn't get her name! Very beautiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of house -Number 223 from Giustiniana takes you to Roma Termini. La Giustiniana restaurant just up the road is a must. The cafeteria next door is good too. Having paid such a low room rate, I was not expecting anything better honestly. For me it was perfect as the purpose of my visit is to go to Stadio Olimpico for the Depeche Mode concert and this place is only 30 minutes away, by cab.
it is far from Rome centre and buses are almost always full but as I stated above, I attended a concert at Stadio Olimpico and therefore this place and the location were just fine for me.

Close to bus and M stops, has a grocery store across the road and lots of cafes/shops nearby. The building is gated with a 24 hour receptionist.
Very thin walls, mostly children were her while I stay and were very loud until late. However, could still here them when they were simply having conversations. The doors vibrate moderately with any knocking nearby. Beds are extremely stiff, with a small/thin comforter. Pillow was uncomfortable.
