Volcano House felt homey and comfortable. We loved the location and went in the national park multiple times each day. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. It was made clear before we arrived that we would need water and that there were no food supplies in the house.
We understood that we had to take our trash to the transfer station, but it was closed the day we left. I contacted Vacasa to find out what to do but only got a robot on my initial try. It would have been helpful to state that renters should leave trash in the kitchen if the transfer station is closed.

So close to volcanoes National Park. You could walk there. Clean, comfortable.

Location, cleanliness of property. Space, exactly as advertised.
There was no bbq. The sink was not good and the lack of water pressure was annoying.

great proximity to volcano National park. there is parking. staff was responsive to our questions.
the furniture was virtually unuseable. obviously bought second hand if not third or fourth hand and extremely uncomfortable. there was a pervasive smell of mold throughout that did not abate with opening up windows.
