Locatie was top!
Geen zonwerende/lichtwerende gordijnen, waardoor we al om 05:30 wakker waren. En een dweiltje en theedoek zouden ook fijn geweest zijn.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vorab war freundlich, hat detailliert informiert über Schlüsselübergabe (per Schlüsselsafe an der Außentür), Parkplatz war direkt hinter dem Haus auf dem dazugehörigen Grundstück. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Aufteilung und Größe. Nette Deko und zweckmäßige Möblierung. Sie lag fußläufig zum Zentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fußballstadium und zur Metrostation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso fußläufig. Gutes W-Lan
Leider war der Teppichboden im Flur und Wohnzimmer sehr dreckig, was gleich einen ungepflegten Eindruck erweckte und die schon in vorherigen Bewertungen genannten Mängel ( Klobrille nicht befestigt, Schubladenblende im Schlafzimmer abgefallen, Schiebefenster defekt, ebenso Jalousie im Schlafzimmer, Esstischstuhl wackelte wegen fehlender Schrauben) nicht behoben. Zudem war das komplette Geschirr schmutzig. Die Bade-Hand-und Geschirrtücher alle muffig, nachdem wir sie in der vorhandenen Wasch/Trockenmaschine wuschen, waren sie wieder duftig.

Really great location and convenient for city centre. The apartment has everything we needed and the bed settee in the lounge was really useful. Staff were very helpful and it was easy access to the property.
Some fixtures needed a repair. Larger towels would be good.
