Beautiful view by the river

The host was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took us for a tour of the town when we arrived and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is in a nice secluded spot but walking distance to a small village with a nice restaurant and general store. It is also about a 5min drive to Lake Perućac and 15min drive to Bajina Basta or Mitrovac. The accommodation is small but had everything we needed, including basic kitchen amenities and an outdoor grill that you can cook meat on. There is a fantastic view of the Drina River from the accommodation and a private spot to swim (though be warned the water is cold because it comes directly from the mountain!) Payment was in cash. All in all, we loved our stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Popovic na Drini, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The host warmly welcomed us upon arrival and took the time to show us around the property, ensuring we felt right at home.
The location of the property is truly idyllic, situated just 12 kilometers from Bajina Basta and a mere 2 kilometers from the enchanting Jezero Perucac. This proximity to nature allows for a peaceful and serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The property itself is a charming and cozy retreat, reminiscent of a quaint hobbit house. It boasts a small but well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean and functional toilet with a shower. The attention to detail in the design and decor adds to the overall charm and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible view of the DRINA river. The property features a table next to the river, offering a picturesque setting to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The tranquil ambiance and the soothing sound of the flowing water made for a truly unforgettable experience.
In terms of amenities, the property provided a reliable and fast WiFi network, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the availability of a barbecue area with logs and charcoal was a pleasant surprise, offering us the opportunity to indulge in some delicious grilled meals while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, our stay at Popovic na Drini was nothing short of exceptional. The host's warm hospitality, combined with the cozy accommodation and stunning river views, created a memorable and rejuvenating experience.
