Nice apartment, nice neighborhood. Quiet area with interesting shops nearby -- everything is walkable if you want to pick up groceries or get food nearby.
The host uses some kind of external management service with the goal of simplifying remote check-in. It is a good idea, but for me there are still kinks to work out in their processes. Check-in is convoluted and there are so many messages, documents, additional procedures etc that it is hard to keep track of everything. And also (presumably due to miscommunications resulting from this semi-automated system) things got overlooked: for example, despite specifying that I wanted a two-bed arrangement, only one bed was made and I had to make the other one myself, which required a delayed back-and-forth with the host while they communicated with whoever was responsible for the bedding. I want to emphasize here that the apartment itself is lovely and it's great once you have it set up; I just wish their processes and communication were more refined.

Eine schöne und großzügige Unterkunft. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Morgens konnten wir auf dem kleinen Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken.
Buslinien Richtung Zentrum sind in der Nähe.

The apartment was really lovely! Good decoration and comfortable beds. Everything worked perfectly, the sheets & towels were good quality. The ubication is a little far away from the centre but totally accesible via bus or walking (that's how we got to know the surroundings better) totally recomend staying here if you want a peaceful and good place to stay!!!
The amount of toilet paper wasn't enough for 4 nights. It would have been nice to have some oil for cooking. It's a 3rd floor without an elevator, and it's not in the description.

Las dimensiones del apartamento, es grande y habitaciones amplias
Realmente queda alejado del centro. El hecho de no ver ni tener contacto con el o la anfitriona es impersonal e incómodo. Te envía un whasttapp un robot, les escribía en italiano y me enviaban interminables explicaciones en inglés. El sistema de entrada y salida, fatal y muy incómodo. Fuimos hasta allí para entrar pues había enviado varios mails diciendo que llegábamos pronto para dejar el equipaje, me contestaba un robot, pero en ningún caso me decían que no. Cuando llegamos, casi sin bateria en el móvil después del viaje, pasamos media hora intentando abrir. Nada. Al cabo de rato me dicen que no puedo entrar a dejar nada y que me esperara 3 horas cuando el alojamiento está lejos. Tuvimos que ver toda Bologna con el equipaje encima, acabamos muy cansados. Después para entrar también complicado, una puerta grande, otra y, para rematar, cuarto piso sin ascensor! Llegamos y muy complicada la explicación hasta que descubrimos solos como hacerlo y conseguir llaves. En el apartamento nos encontramos la basura del lavabo llena a rebosar, bastante asqueroso. Y en la cocina ni un mínimo para tomarte un café o lo básico por si hay que cocinar: algo de aceite, sal... nada de nada. Cuando llegó el momento de marchar, perdimos un bus al aeropuerto y casi el avión, porque no sabíamos como salir del edifcicio si dejábamos las llaves en la caja con código, tuvimos que poner una piedra en la puerta y 2 subidas y bajadas de los 4 pisos. Después al reclamar me dicen, cuando ya estaba en el avión, que había un pulsador para abrir, nadie nos lo dijo, ni lo vimos.
