Cheerful, Beautifully Remodeled, Modern, Comfortable Home

I absolutely loved the location amd how it was not in the heart of L.A. but so very close and accessible. The owner left so many accommodations from the appliances, Keurig, and even the complimentary keurig cups with a variety of flavors, creamer, sugar, lots of common spices in the cabinet, oats, plenty of essentials, paper towels, detergent for laundry amd dishes, life size checkers game, and the home was very neat, clean amd well decorated. Very functional. The owner was very responsive. Even let us check in early. Alex was an amazing host. This is a rare find.

Wow. Where do we start… spacious, easy to commute, lovely neighbourhood. Host was one of the best host - great communication, highly respectable, man of his word, most importantly great business conducted.

Everything was great.

Very nice spacious home in a safe neighborhood close to shopping. Big kitchen with upgraded appliances, and plenty of room to cook and serve food. The host was accommodating to our needs and A+ on communication. There was a big tv in all four bedrooms and a huge tv in the family room. The home had tile floors throughout and every room was meticulously cleaned. I also have a rental so I know the value of a great cleaner. She/He/They should get a Christmas bonus👍

The plumbing had issues which was very quickly addressed and fixed on a Thanksgiving holiday weekend which I am sure was not cheap but was greatly appreciated. The shower drained slowly and toilets flushed slowly before the plumber fixed it. The recliner in the family room wouldn’t open for me, but it may have been user related.
