Purtroppo la mancanza di lavatrice e congelatore in un appartamento a quel prezzo non dovrebbe esserci. Per noi è stato un grande disagio.

We really liked the apartment, it was cozy, clean and comfortable, pet friendly, it has a designated parking space, Lucija is a very warm host. The apartment is 5 min walk away from the beach.

Since we arrived with two cars we had to improvise with parking, but it was not much of a hassle.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, clean and well furnished. Owners friendly and very helpful. Great location.

The apartment itself is quite pleasant. It offers comfortable accommodations and is located in a convenient area. The interiors are well-maintained and provide a generally relaxing environment.

Despite the positive aspects, our stay was marred by two major issues. Firstly, we encountered a severe ant infestation. Pesticides were provided, but we did not find it appropriate or safe to use them, particularly in the kitchen where we prepared food, and considering we have small children. The property manager, suggested in a private message that we should have contacted him/her about the ants, but it's not clear what immediate solution he/she could have offered. The second issue was related to cleaning. We were perplexed by the reported five-hour duration of cleaning following our departure. We left the apartment tidy. Additionally, the property manager's responses to our concerns came across as selfish and dismissive, particularly his/her uncommunicative "...." reply. This unprofessional behavior added to our disappointment and highlighted a significant red flag. In conclusion, while the apartment itself has potential, our experience was significantly marred by the issues we faced and the inadequate response from the property manager. To those considering booking this property, please take these issues into account. We hope that our feedback prompts necessary improvements for future guests.
