Good location and comfortable rooms
Areas that were tired i.e. bathrooms that had extra users though functional required updating. Bedroom was a squeeze with 3 beds chairs and a table. Communal kitchen was small you had to time your use between other guests

Nice house, nice setup.
Had a noisey neighbour in the room next to me. Played games, watched tv, all night with headphones on but could hear him singing or making sound effect noises. I still got some sleep, but woke up a few times.
