This is a studio with one sofa bed that folds out easily and is extremely comfortable. Kitchen is really well equipped with things not normally provided like olive oil, tea bags, condiments etc. Spotlessly clean. Free parking available on site. Across the road from the beach. I highly recommend this compact but lovely place.

L'emplacement est parfait pour la plage, le surf ou le paddle. Juste la rue à traverser. La petite terrasse privative qui permet de manger en extérieur ou de déposer ses affaires. La vue sur la plage des Lecques, endroit préservé sur la côte d'azur L'appartement est agréable, propre et bien équipé Parfait

Perfect little place. Very warm and welcoming. There were spices, oil etc. for cooking and the knives were sharp. Very friendly interactions. I will be back. Thank you.

L' emplacement du studio. Très bien équipé, café et thé à disposition ainsi que des produits et équipements d'hygiène. L'endroit est très sympa on reviendra.
Il manque un petit carnet de consigne. Et, petit souci avec les toilettes ou on doit attendre 15 minutes avant de pouvoir retirer la chasse d'eau 😂
