Posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali città d'arte. Nessun problema di parcheggio grazie alla presenza di parcheggio coperto all' interno della struttura. Anche se la struttura si trova in una zona industriale non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori notturni. Arredamento molto bello e alloggio ben ristrutturato.
