Die Unterkunft war sehr gut , sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage perfekt für das Erkunden der Altstadt von Verona.
Wir hatten die Angegeben Parkplätze mit gebucht , diese Sind jedoch nur mit Einfahrerlaubnis der Kommune Verona erreichbar - der Vermieter wollte oder konnte uns bei der Erlangung der „Erlaubnis“ nicht helfen - hat auch nicht auf die Nachricht von einer italienischen Freundin auf den AB geantwortet- dadurch haben wir viel Zeit verloren…. - schließlich haben wir im Parkhaus Centro geparkt. Das ist modern und Video überwacht! 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wohnung.
- etwas verwirrend war, das die Schlüssel zur Wohnung im Key-locker am Haus Nr 13 war , die Wohnung aber Hausnummer 31 ist. ….
Wir hatten somit nur über WhatsApp und Telefon Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
Aber wie gesagt, die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut!

Unfortunately it was not made very clear that the lock box was not at the property, but about 500 meters down the road, so it was very stressful as it was the middle of the night. Originally the email said someone would meet me at the property.
The shower head needs replacing.

Acomodação muito espaçosa e bonita. Anfitriã super solicita. Excelente localização e com estacionamento.
Ao fazer o check in que a anfitriã nos informou que o ar condicionado era cobrado. Porém no booking constava como um dos benefícios e em lugar nenhum falava dessa cobrança extra, só falava sobre o estacionamento. Acabamos tendo que pagar pois estávamos com crianças e as janelas são bem baixas , além da sacada. De acordo com a anfitriã é um erro do booking pois ela não tem como informar.

Apartment was clean
We booked an apartment with three bedrooms expecting to use two of them. We were told by the owner that to use more than one bedroom would cost another 100 euros, which was outrageous. We would also have to pay another 20 euros to use the air conditioning. None of this was mentioned on the booking. The shower was also cramped and kept on going from hot to cold. The lounge and kitchen was combined and cramped. The TV did not have an aerial and was not a smart TV and so was basically useless.
