The room is modern, as good as hotel room. The bed and pillows are nice and so comfortable. The location is close to train station and not too far from old town. I also like the blinds on windows which shut properly which is very helpful for sleeping.
The sofa in the middle of room is too big. Maybe replace it with something smaller or just take it away.
