The location, the space inside the house, each bedroom had an ensuite, the closeness to the town, the covered walkway to the restaurant. The exceptional helpful host, who went above and beyond - 5 Stars.
The host even sorted out one of our parties car to enable their journey home.

Great location and garden with lots of outdoor seating. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Property has lots of charm. Covered walkway to pub!
Exterior of property neglected with rotten flaking windows. Seating and dining area small for 12 people.

Generally very tired and in need of a refurb.
Living space small for size of property and insufficient seating in lounge - property sleeps 12 but sofa could only seat 5 people.
TV partially obscured when lounge door was open.
Two downstairs bedrooms were cold and radiators didn’t work.
External window frames rotten and windows desperately in need of cleaning. Ivy growing over windows.
Tatty ‘Merry Christmas’ doormat and ashtray at front door gave a bad first impression.
All our group felt the property was much more like a hostel and furniture was very old and tired.
