Location and fenced yard for pets.
Not clean at all. Dog poop underneath main bedroom bed. Empty drinks can underneath bed. Cigarette buds and beer bottles caps lying around.
Not great and sufficient knifes and forks. No shampoo or soap. Couldn’t get the fireplace to work. Could not find the remote. Toilet seat very loose. Power outlets don’t work at coffee station. Jacuzzi was not clean.

The size and amenities were great . Everything we needed and more. Loved the game room and well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was clean and in great working order.
Some of the speakers throughout the house for the sound system didn’t work .
For safety , there needs to be a light to turn on at the back fire pit patio. One of our guests fell over a chair because he didn’t see it in the dark.

We loved the location, the quaint feeling, the amenities, and the comfort. It was fully stocked, anything you need is there. The fenced in yard is amazing and parking is plentiful! It was eclectic but had lots of character.
Only one complaint and one suggestion - the washer and dryer didn’t work well. The washer didn’t drain well and the dryer wouldn’t dry.
- suggest to more the lawn a little lower and bag the grass cuttings. My small pup could barely make it through the high grass and the clippings would stick to her and come in the house.
