Lovely villa - great character - great pool
Location for bars and restaurants on the paseo is brilliant. 300m to the supermarket. Easy walks to Puerto Banús and San Pedro.

The property itself is great and well situated for the beach all within close walking distance. Lovely pool and garden.
There is a large Villa currently being built next door which overlooks the property thus is a privacy issue. One hopes that when the building is completed it won't have windows which overlook.
