Location, beach access, kayaks. We ate in a lot and kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and down were a plus.
We wondered if owners had thought of sun shade blinds on those beautiful windows as there were times when we couldn't sit out there with the sun beating in.

Lovely location with fabulous views from both inside and outside of the house. Easy to find, quiet. Spacious property, loads of natural light.
A bit dirty - sticky substance on counter top in kitchen, someone's shoes left inside doorways, beds very hard (some might like that, but too firm for us). Sofa was a bit smelly and not comfy, dirty floors. Shower poor, took an age to wash long hair! Needs a deep clean and a bit of TLC.
