Fantastisch verblijf!
We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in Maison de l’Écu. Het huis is prachtig, sfeervol en met veel zorg ingericht. Alles was brandschoon, comfortabel en volledig uitgerust voor een ontspannen verblijf. De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen maar dicht bij het centrum van Beaune en tussen de clos van de Cote de Beaune.
De gastvrijheid van Sandrine en haar man was uitzonderlijk. Zij bezitten de oudste wijncave van Beaune en zijn echte kenners. In hun winkel ben ik uitstekend geholpen en dankzij hun advies heb ik een aantal topwijnen mee naar huis kunnen nemen. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder.
Sandrine communiceert bovendien snel, vriendelijk en heel duidelijk. Haar flexibiliteit rondom check-in en check-out zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct welkom voelden.
Kortom: een charmant huis, warme ontvangst en een unieke wijnervaring erbij. Een verblijf dat onze verwachtingen ruimschoots heeft overtroffen. We komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug.

Very beautiful home, located in a quiet location among the vines. The house is large, peaceful and very comfortable. The wine fridge is stocked. It’s a haven with a terrific view of Beaune and the surrounding valley.
The property is located outside of the town centre - which works super well if you have a car.

This house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed - each bedroom even has its own full bathroom, which made our stay so comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, and we loved the thoughtful touches like games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. It truly feels like a home away from home. The host was warm, welcoming, and made us feel instantly at ease. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back!
