You have to book lake view or you won’t have any view beside looking at building. It’s great value for money but don’t expect walking distance to find food.

We enjoyed a memorable 4-night stay at Nikolaus by AvenidA Panoramic Wellness Suites in Zell am See. The hotel’s location is truly spectacular, offering stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The balcony and private sauna in the room were wonderful touches that added to the wellness experience and made it feel extra special.
The breakfast served in the lobby was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options in a cozy setting.
While the views and wellness features were the highlight, there are a few things to consider. Getting to the town center involves a long walk with uphill and downhill paths, so having a car is definitely more convenient.
Additionally, the 10:00 AM check-out time felt quite early for a leisure-focused property, and the reception should ideally be staffed around the clock. One more suggestion would be to add air conditioning, as it can get warm on sunny days.
Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, I would recommend this property for its unique location, incredible views, and relaxing wellness features. It’s a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Zell am See.
