The fact that is was serene and the Netflix was connected with a large TV size to enjoy my shows when I need to rest was a beautiful experience

It was a nice room with large TV, microwave and fridge.
Some other guests was banging on all the doors and trying the handle and was a little scary. I think the owner came to see as I had information him. Also on arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to go and get some.

Alex was great and very thoughtful. The building and room had recently been refurbished to an excellent standard and was very clean and comfortable. It's a few steps away from the river path and we had a stunning sunrise during our morning walk. There's a 24hr bus that stops nearby, the 472, and other buses too, only about 11 minutes walk away, so it links easily to the DLR and other transport into London centre.
There weren't any towel rails or hooks in the bathroom yet, but will be added soon. The bed was new and was memory foam, but a little too soft for me. The location is very residential, so make sure you bring whatever you'd like for breakfast etc.

Host did attempt to deal with my issues, just not very successfully.
Code for key box was not as instructed upon arrival, took quite a while to get in, upon entry room was not clean at all, shower was broken and did not get hot. Had to sleep in another room on first night which was fine while room was cleaned and mattress was changed. Shower never got hot and sink only has cold water to it. Host was doing maintenance in the evening which was noisy and not mentioned in the advert. In my opinion generally poor accommodation.
