I feel that this is a tenement flat in a quite a rough area of Dundee. We picked it as it was in walking distance of a wedding venue ‘the weaving shed’ people from the city warned us that not an area to be walking in at night so we ended up getting a taxi back anyway. On arrival this is a property in quite a run down down tenement block. There is unstable paving on the path up to it which is a trip hazard. The apartment block door was left open the whole time we stayed there despite us closing it properly. That lack of security is unnerving when you are on the ground floor. I think for what we paid it we feel quite a bit overpriced for what it is.
