The surroundings were peaceful, and the lodge itself had a cosy, welcoming feel with a nice blend of rustic charm and modern touches. It was a perfect for a quiet get away for us.
None it was what I expected it to be like.

We stayed here for a weekend and we had a lovely time. The cabin was generally clean and very tidy. Check in instructions were good and easy to follow. The only problem we had was with the heating not working properly however there were small fan heaters within the property so these were fine for our stay but not entirely sure it would’ve been enough if it had been colder. Great, quiet location. We would definitely visit again.
Purely the heating situation though I also didn’t contact the host as the small heaters were suffice for our stay.

The house was lovely.
House was not cleaned for our arrival, fresh bedding and towels but the toilet was covered with urine and carpets were very dirty
