It wad clean. The staff were polite in sending instructions. The keys were well organised.
We could walk to it from the airport and to the Centro storico & Spanish quarter (Maradona).
The mattress was terrible. Both rolled into each other, which is cute but not comfortable all night. The shower box is a little small.
The wifi didn't work. We contacted the owner, who immediately sent us another email connection (it didn't work at all but they tried).
If you are afraid of heights, calling the elevator and looking towards it to open its door is frightening.

Basically a nice place to stay, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Good position in the city and friendly staff.
Not exceedingly cosy and also quite dark. There were many problems with keys and locks. The owner/manager was always quick to respond by whatsapp, but I hope she will get around to fix those problems in the near future.

Cleanness was good. Flexible check in.
Offered for everyday room cleaning and towels changing. We did not avail the service. Location was really good.
Unfortunately, Bathroom door lock was broken. Electric kettle could be cleaned for use but it did not make problem as we did not use it.

Very clean and freshly redecorated and a good amount of space. Close walking distance to the centre and metro. Secured entrances with lift.
A dozen other habitations looking directly into the flat = impossible to open the curtains = no natural light. Old crammed building = loud TVs etc. The bed is positioned directly next to the main door. The free breakfast is of poor quality, limited options, outside on a dirty busy road, with the owner ignoring you to serve the locals cutting in in front of you.
