La proximité du Futuroscope , parking à disposition, propriétaires réactifs, cuisine bien équipé.
Le canapé n’est pas confortable du tout, on sent la barre en fer sous les fesses. La faible isolation sonore, on entend les bruits dans autres appartements y compris les ronflements.

Un joli petit appartement, bien équipé et très idéalement situé près du Futuroscope. On ne pouvait pas faire mieux en terme de proximité.

La proximité du Parc Futuroscope (4min en voiture). Appartement agréable, nous avons bien dormi.
Attention à la porte d’entrée principale qui fait beaucoup de bruit (à huiler ?)
