La distribution de cet appartement est optimale
Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il fallait monter autant les escaliers. Mais c'était vraiment le seul point a trouver de "négatif"

L’emplacement à proximité du port, la superficie de 60m2 au dernier étage et équipement complet avec une très bonne literie - parking gratuit à proximité
La porte du conservateur à glaces est cassée et le compartiment est envahi par un gros bloc de glace ( inutilisable ) et II reste un sachet de légumes surgelés d’un autre client qui n’a pas été enlevé
