The room was spectacular. Large and impressive. Like being in a well-maintained museum. The breakfast room is simply magnificent. Breakfast is varied with fresh fruit and vegetables and especially for lovers of sweets (small cakes, large cakes, desserts :)) Some of the reviews mention the noise coming from the street. Yes, it is noisy at night. But: you are sleeping in the middle of the historic center of Naples. It is noisy there. On the other hand: it is simply sensational to stay in a “museum.” And the staff is friendly and fulfills every wish.

We stayed at the Palazzo for the last night of our week long holiday in Naples and it was the cherry on the cake! We felt as if we moved back in time. The place is beautifully restored and decorated, we loved the Murano chandeliers, stunning breakfast room, the fact that all the snacks were included and importantly, that the room was very quiet even though the hotel is in the middle of a busy historic centre. The bed was massive although our opinions very on how comfortable the mattress and the pillows were. The small entrance door which is part of the huge front gate is full of character. There is also a lift from the ground floor which is a bonus. Overall this would be our go to place if we come back to Naples.
The mattress was quite hard.

Exceptional building, inside and out. Beautiful decor, incredible history (Garibaldi etc). Wonderful breakfast and extremely helpful and attentive staff. Special mention for Imma, who’s warmth and friendly manner in the breakfast room really made our stay very special indeed. We’ve booked our next stay!
