Great view. Free parking.
Not close to any restaurants or grocery stores. A 15 minute hike up a steep hillside to access. Some parts in worn condition. Pool was homemade.

Es hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Liegt fast oben auf dem Berg. In die Stadt waren es 15 Minuten runter und 35 Minuten aufwärts weil es wirklich sehr steil nach oben ging.
Ich liebe alte Möbel! Aber sie sollten voll funktionsfähig sein und sauber. Leider war dies nicht immer der Fall. Ein bisschen weniger Antik und dafür mehr zweckmäßige Dinge würde den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten.

The location is stunning - looking out over the plains from the top of Cortona the views are amazing.The house is a period property and full of character and the garden is beautiful.
