The property was in a fantastic location, not far from the seafront.
A large property, with ample space for the 7 of us staying here. The property sleeps 10 and there would still have been plenty of room at full occupancy. Two en-suite rooms and two shower rooms with toilets, 5 toilets in total.
Off street parking for two vehicles.
A comfy living room and large dining room with dart board and various board games.
The cinema in the basement was fantastic, large screen with projector and theatre style seating, even a popcorn machine and slush maker, it was brilliant.
The outside bar area to the rear was a lovely surprise and had the weather been good we would have made use of it.
Check in was very easy, a code was sent for the lock, although I didn’t meet the hosts, I did speak to them via sms with a couple of requests, they were prompt at replying, very accommodation and had a friendly manor.
We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic property, well decorated and lots of space. The cinema room was a lovely bonus. Excellent location, short walk to the South Pier, the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastles.

The house is in a good location and would be well suited to a big group of friends of a hen party.
We booked it for our wedding weekend in Blackpool for 3 generations of family and it wasn't the luxe standard I had expected from the photos.
The property is looking very tired and in much need of some TLC and a fresh lick of paint. Does not look like the swanky photos.
The smart lock on the door was difficult to use and upon entering the house it was freezing. No heating on and windows had been left open. I think it was to try and air out the house as it stunk of cigarettes. Especially the master bedroom. Had to store my wedding dress in another room as I didn't want it to stink.
The cinema room in the basement was a big draw when booking but it was messy and stunk of damp. Despite 5 page instructions being stuck on the wall of how to use it, it did not work properly. Such a letdown, especially for the kids.
Worst responsiveness from hosts of any property I have ever stayed in. I messaged at 8am on our check-in day asking if there was an iron in the house and received no reply and had to chase at 2pm as we were setting off as I needed to know if I had to bring my own. They then replied saying the check-in details would be sent at precisely 2pm. They were not. They arrived on both text and email at 3.20pm.
On the day of departure I messaged to see if we could have an extra hour (check-out is 10am) and I am yet to receive a reply! Nothing...
Bathrooms have cheap soap but no shower gels in the bathrooms.
The whole house feels unloved and given it did not match the photos it felt bad value for money...
